Monday 8th February - Friday 12th

On Monday Year 6 went to the Octagon Theatre to see a performance of Macbeth. Many thanks to Mr Gouge, Mrs Leigh and Mrs Roe for accompanying them. On Tuesday four Year 6 pupils went to the Blue School in Wells for a Maths extension afternoon. They explored number patterns, in particular the Fibonacci Series.

The merit badges were awarded to Louis, Milly, Harry, Daniel, Eden, Sophia, Joe i and Ryan. The Playground Class of the Week was Year 2. Maddy, Oliver, Lexx and Megan W were awarded cups. Year 4 won the tidy cup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Friday, the last day of this half term, Year 5 held their 'Squash and Biscuits' afternoon. It had a Roman theme. Watch this space to find out how much they raised.
