January 11th - 15th 2010

This week in school was largely uninterrupted, with only the Arctic weather conditions on Wednesday morning forcing us to make the decision to close the school. We hope this is an end to the snow!!!! A great many thanks to the network of parents that rang around to inform people of the closure and to you all for your patience. A big thank you also to the group of parents that worked so hard to clear the school site of snow on Sunday morning. Without their help we certainly wouldn't have been able to open on Monday morning.   

The merit badges were awarded this week to Bruno, Abby, Cayden, William, Emily, Ariadne, Joe, Abigail, Florrie, Kingsley and Kieran. The handwriters of the month were Hannah, Tay, Millie, Bobby and Lottie. Politeness awards were awarded to Amelie, Joe, Jake and Victoria.
