Monday 1st - Friday 5th February 2010

On Tuesday our cross country runners took part in a race at Edgarley. There were some really strong performances, most notably from Dylan who came third out of a field of 88 runners. Dominic, Charlie and Freddie also put in good performances. In the upper junior girls' race Isobel came 18th, closely followed by Sophie, who came 20th. In the upper school boys' race Tom came a respectable 15th, closely followed by Joe, who came 18th. A big well done to all that took part and thank you to Mrs McKaig for supervising the runners.

The merit badges were awarded this week to Victoria, Sophie, Antonia, Aya, Kieran, Torsten and Megan. The handwriters of the month for January were Mitchell, Jess, Tom H, Daniel F, William, Harvey W and Indie. Those noted for their politeness were George, Millie, Maddy, Tabitha, Helen and Riley. The healthy lunch team praised Riley, Natalie and Abby for their choices this week.
