West Pennard Church of England Primary School is a 7 class school set in beautiful grounds nestled between the Somerset countryside, Glastonbury Tor and St Nicholas’ Church.
Despite being in existence since 1843, we are a forward thinking school with forward thinking staff and governors. We pride ourselves on our quality of care, high aspirations and a creative curriculum invigorated through a wide range of enriching activities.
Our inclusive Christian ethos enables all of our learners to develop and grow to be life-long learners and reach their full potential – both academically and personally. Our children are kind, polite and can be relied upon to try their best. Our children are the stars!
Browse through our website to familiarise yourselves with our school a little better. If you would like any of our information in printed form, just let us know – we’ll be happy to provide it for you.
We warmly encourage visits to our beautiful school and we urge you to come and visit us when the children are working, so that you can see first-hand the rich learning environment that our staff work so hard to create. Please contact the school office and I will be delighted to take the time to show you and your child around our beautiful school.
